Ameida has been working as a massage therapist for 12 years. A massage for Ameida isn’t just a technique. It is the way of her living. First of all, she is practicing all the methods on herself before applying them on her clients. She is constantly continuing to study on how body works and reacts during and after the massage.
Mostly, all of her clients become close friends. Ameida is always studying body work and trains herself to be patient because she lives under a principle “step by step”. You may achieve the top of the mountain little by little.

“Mens sana in corpore sano” – A Sound Mind in a Sound Body  – it is the main idea of her work. The human is a magnificent creature of God and every touch on body should be as reverent as possible.
